Research Development Team Lead

A startup company that has revolutionized the automotive industry with advanced AI-driven technology.

The company develops solutions that combine real-time 3D scanning and AR simulation, enabling early detection of faults and errors, with the ability to remotely inspect and address issues, optimizing processes and reducing costs.

In this role, you will manage a team and lead the development and QA efforts, with a high level of hands-on involvement.

Experience with Unity and a high level of English are required.

The company is located in Ramat Gan.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer & experience in Unity.
• 2 years of experience leading development teams.
• Excellent communication skills—verbal and written, with a focus on leadership.
• Professional/native-level proficiency in English.
• Previous experience in the automotive industry- a plus.
• Previous experience in AR/ XR/ Metaverse fields- a plus.
• Previous experience working with various teams such as algorithmics, development- a plus.
• Previous experience working with computer vision applications- a plus.
• OpenAI, C++- a plus
