Role Overview:
We are seeking an exceptional Director of Sales and Business Development to lead our expansion efforts in the US market, with a secondary focus on Western Europe. This full-time role will report directly to the VP of Global Sales and offers some flexibility for remote work. The Director will drive direct and indirect sales, build strategic partnerships, and develop initiatives to achieve revenue growth and enhance Cympire’ s market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Drive direct sales and build a robust network of channel partners and strategic alliances.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the company's customer base in the US and Western Europe.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, and Customer Success) to ensure product-market fit and drive customer satisfaction.
- Lead new initiatives to create medium and long-term value, improving company offerings and refining marketing collateral.
- Represent Cympire’ s products and solutions with a comprehensive understanding of customer needs.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospects, generating leads, and nurturing client relationships.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) or other appointed supervisors.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in the US market.
- Significant experience in SaaS sales, particularly within cybersecurity or related technology solutions.
- Demonstrated success in selling to SLED and enterprise-level organizations, with credibility at the C-suite level.
- Strong experience in working within high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent networking, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to forge strong relationships internally and externally.
- High level of efficiency, adaptability, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in sales and business development, with extensive experience in direct and indirect sales.
- Familiarity with the US market is essential; experience with Western Europe is a plus.
- Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience working in a cybersecurity-focused company or a high-growth SaaS environment.
