חברת שינדלר ישראל בע"מ מחפשת מדריך.ה טכני מנוסה שיהיה אחראי לפיתוח והעברת תוכניות הכשרה טכניות בתחום המעליות.

כחברה אשר נמצאת בחזית התעשייה וההתקדמות הטכנולוגית, המועמד.ת האידיאלי.ת יהיה בעל הבנה טכנית עמוקה ויכולות הדרכה גבוהות, על מנת להסמיך ולשפר את הידע והכישורים של העובדים שלנו.

התפקיד כולל:

• יצירה והטמעה של תכנים המותאמים לצוות הטכני של החברה (טכנאים, מרכיבים, עובדי תמיכת שטח)
• הכנת תכנים דיגיטליים ושימוש בכלי הדרכה מתקדמים
• (מערכי שיעור, מבחנים, התנסויות) הכנת חומרי לימוד לכל קורס
• עדכוני תכני ההדרכה וביצוע התאמות בהתאם לצורך
• איתור חומרים ומסמכים טכניים הרלוונטיים לעובדים
• השתתפות בפגישות וובינר פנימיות
• שיתוף פעולה עם קולגות בארץ ובחו"ל

דרישות:

• תואר ראשון או תעודה בתחום טכני רלוונטי, למשל הנדסת/הנדסאי מכונות, הנדסת/הנדסאי חשמל
• ניסיון מוכח כמדריך טכני
• יכולת למידה מהירה
• ידע רב במושגים טכניים ובסטנדרטים בתעשייה
• יכולות מצוינות של תקשורת ועמידה מול קהל
• יכולת ליצור חומרי הדרכה מרתקים ויעילים
• יכולות ארגוניות וניהול זמן
• מיומנויות בשימוש בתוכנות וכלי הדרכה
• יכולת עבודה עצמאית וכחלק מצוות

שפות:

• עברית ואנגלית - חובה
• שפה נוספת - יתרון

העבודה ממוקמת בפארק התעשיות לב הארץ, וכוללת נסיעות לשטח במידת הצורך.

• Develop and deliver technical training programs for employees at various levels.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs meet organizational needs.
• Maintain training records and provide reports on training activities and outcomes.
• Provide hands-on support and mentorship to trainees.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering).
• Proven experience as a technical trainer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of technical concepts and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to create engaging and effective training materials.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in using training software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
