Chief Operating Officer (COO) for a Leading Real Estate Company

A successful and well-established real estate company specializing in income-producing assets (office buildings and commercial properties) is looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the management of property management companies and building managers across the country.
• Leading two operations managers, each overseeing building management teams nationwide.
• Managing relationships with key partners, including responsibility for management fees and strategic collaborations.
• Developing and optimizing operational processes in the properties and management companies.
• Ensuring operational performance, client retention, and meeting profitability targets.

This is a full time position in Ramat Gan (not hybrid)

Requirements:

• Previous senior management experience in real estate, preferably in income-producing property management.
• In-depth understanding of managing large assets and operations.
• Proven experience in leading teams and building strategic partnerships.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with senior stakeholders and partners.
• Relevant academic background (advantage for degrees in Business Administration, Economics, or Law).
