Verification Team Leader

A high-tech company developing technology for the design of multimedia and wireless communication chips, specializing in DSP processor technologies for the semiconductor and AI industries.

As part of the role, you will work on the verification flow from the architecture definition stage, through verification strategy, micro-architecture, test plan, and up to advanced verification.

Work environment: Specman / UVM.

The company has around 500 employees in total, with approximately 300 located in Israel.

The office is located in Herzliya, within walking distance of the train station, and operates in a hybrid work model.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from a leading institute.
• 5 years of proven experience in hands-on ASIC verification, including test bench development, test case creation and Coverage closure.
• 3 year of prior experience in technical leading a small team of engineers.
• Strong knowledge of industry-standard verification methodologies such as UVM.
• Knowledge of SV-UVM, Specman and C++.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Fluent English - Verbal and Writing
