Stock Market and Investor Relations Analyst

We are looking for Stock Market and Investor Relations Analyst that will handle the following:

Market Analysts and Stock Performance:

• Monitoring and researching market analysts notes and financial models of the Company
• Analyzing the gaps compared to the company’s forecast and providing recommendations accordingly
• Updating on analysts’ valuation, stock price targets and consensus estimates
• Searching on daily basis for articles and other available market data impacting the Company’s stock price
  
  

• Monitor and analyze financials, stock performance and market’s trend of the shipping industry
• Perform review of peers’ financial KPIs and Evaluation matrices compared to the Company’s. 
  
  

• Assist IR Officer with preparing investors related materials and presentations, including for quarterly financials releases and investors meetings
• Participate in investors conferences and calls and summarizing investors feedback and expectations
• Assist researching new potential investors
  
  

• Assist with Ad-Hoc projects and requests.
  
  

• BA in Finance/Business management/Accounting/BSC Industrial management and engineering
• Experience in Capital market or similar role– advantage
• Experience in complex financial models and valuations
• Basic knowledge in financial statements and accounting principles
• Fluent in English – a must
• High competence in Microsoft Office Programs -especially Excel
• Knowledge in the Shipping Industry- advantage
