Responsibilities:

• implement a comprehensive marketing and growth strategy for the company
• Identify new growth channels and leverage existing ones
• Manage and motivate the growth team to achieve targets
• Analyze data and KPIs to make data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with other departments (customer care center,product)
• Optimize customer acquisition and retention processes
• Manage growth budget and ROI to drive growth initiatives
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in growth or marketing roles
• Proven track record of leading successful growth and marketing strategies
• Deep understanding of digital marketing, analytics
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
• Excellent data analysis skills and analytical thinking
• Creativity and innovation in problem-solving
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
