Tech Lead (React Native)

Experience:

●    4+ years of professional experience in mobile app development, with a minimum of 3 years in React Native.

●    Proven track record in leading and mentoring mobile development teams, including at least 1 years in a tech lead or managerial role.

Technical Skills:

●    Expert-level proficiency in React Native, with deep knowledge of core principles, components, and advanced practices.

●    Strong expertise in state management libraries such as Redux and React Query.

●    Advanced knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and ES6+ features.

●    Extensive experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries/APIs integration.

●    Proficient in mobile app performance optimization, debugging tools, and solving complex technical issues.

●    Knowledge of native modules and bridging for React Native (iOS/Android).

Development Tools:

●    Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and experience in managing code repositories for teams.

●    Expertise in implementing and maintaining automated testing strategies and CI/CD pipelines.

●    Deep understanding of Agile development methodologies with experience leading Agile teams.

●    Strong problem-solving abilities and expertise in project management, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables simultaneously.

Bonus Skills:

●    Familiarity with backend technologies and concepts.

●    Proficiency in Android (Java/Kotlin) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development.

Other Requirements:
