Product Manager

Intelligo is a rapidly expanding Series B stage startup in the FinTech space, serving some of the world’s top financial institutions. We are seeking a passionate and talented Product Manager to join our team. Help us build a product that is sleek, technologically advanced, and makes a positive impact in the world.

About the role: The successful candidate will possess a thorough understanding of the market, our company vision, and business requirements, along with a deep knowledge of our system's architecture and constraints. You will collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to devise innovative solutions that will elevate our business to new heights.

This is a Hybrid Role (3 days in-Office, 2 days at home)

The Day to Day:

• Develop a deep understanding of our customers, their pain points and how we can meet their needs
• Lead the product life cycle from planning and discovery through development to product launch.
• Measure product performance to inform future iterations and enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure optimal usability.
• Work alongside the R&D team to address feasibility challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Understand the market, competition, and champion our users to craft effective product strategies.

What it Takes:

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager (B2B preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proven ability to grasp technical concepts.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen
• A Technical Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) or equivalent experience.
• It’s a bonus if you have: 
• Experience with data analysis and database architecture.
• Familiarity with the background check industry.
• Experience with FinTech products.
