We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) business unit.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyse, and improve daily business operations, ensuring high levels of productivity and efficiency.
- Develop and implement standardized operational processes to streamline workflow and minimize redundancies.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of operational guidelines and documentation.
- Gather, analyse, and interpret operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), operational metrics, and performance benchmarks for management review.
- Use data to propose actionable insights and strategies for operational optimization.
- Work closely with departments such as finance, sales, marketing, and customer service to ensure alignment of operational processes.
- Act as the liaison between different teams to facilitate communication and collaboration on operational initiatives.
- Identify areas of inefficiency or bottlenecks in existing workflows and recommend improvements.
- Assist in automating processes and integrating tools that enhance productivity and scalability.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to optimize operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in operations, business process improvement, or project management.
- Demonstrated success in improving operational efficiency and contributing to organizational growth.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and drive initiatives independently
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel for data analysis. Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
