• Characterizing and mapping competencies within the organization
• Formulating training and education processes
• Developing learning products
• Building educational competency portals in the Blossom system

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Learning Technologies or a relevant field / final-year student. or graduate of Tzafah course + two years of practical experience.
• Fluent Hebrew
• Residential Area - Central District

Experience:

• Proven experience working with the Blossom LMS system - mandatory
• Experience in developing customized competency training programs – an advantage
• Experience in developing learning products

Skills:

• Ability to learn independently
• Good interpersonal communication
• High verbal and written expression skills
• Flexibility and creativity
• Ability to learn and work independently
• In-depth familiarity with OFFICE applications
