Technical Support Networking Engineer**

Are you a skilled networking engineer passionate about delivering exceptional customer support and ensuring successful implementations? We seek a motivated Post-Sales/Customer Success Networking Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing communication networks, ensuring our clients receive the highest support and service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and manage robust communication networks for our clients.

- Provide hands-on technical support with switches from various brands including Cisco, Juniper, HPE, Aruba, and Planet.

- Work with and implement communication solutions such as OSPF, HA, VLAN, Spanning Tree, EtherChannel, QoS, and WAN technologies.

- Utilize monitoring tools like Wireshark to identify and analyze network anomalies, ensuring optimal performance and security.

- Demonstrate a deep understanding of communication protocols such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, SNMP, Syslog, and HTTP.

- Implement and maintain network security solutions, including FIREWALL, IPS, NAC, and anomaly detection technologies from leading providers like Cisco, Fortinet, Armis, CheckPoint, Palo Alto, and Forescout.

Mandatory Requirements:

1. Professional Experience

  - At least 2 years of experience designing, deploying, and managing communication networks.

2. Hands-On Experience with Switches:

  - Experience working with switches from Cisco, Juniper, HPE, Aruba, and Planet.

3. Communication Solutions Expertise:

  - Proficiency in using communication solutions such as OSPF, VLAN, Spanning Tree, EtherChannel, QoS, and WAN.

4. Monitoring Tools: 

  - Experience using network monitoring tools like Wireshark for analyzing and identifying network traffic anomalies.

5. Communication Protocols Knowledge: 

  - In-depth understanding of protocols including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, SNMP, Syslog, and HTTP.

6. Network Security:

  - Practical knowledge of network security technologies, with experience in deploying and managing FIREWALL, IPS, NAC, and anomaly detection solutions.

Additional Advantages:

- Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.

- Experience in writing technical documentation such as LLD, PDR, and CDR.

- Knowledge of communication and security monitoring systems.

- Scripting skills, particularly with REST API and Python, for automation purposes.

- A technological degree or equivalent military experience.
