**Job Description:**
- Provide expert support to our customers via multiple channels: phone, chat, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp
- Offer naturopathic advice on our company's dietary supplements
- Assist healthcare professionals (therapists) who work with us
- Participate in company conferences and events
- Manage shipping logistics and keep customers updated on delivery status

**Work Details:**
- Full-time position
- Sunday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Location: Tel Aviv

**Requirements:**
- **Must-have**: Student or graduate in Naturopathy
- Proficiency in email and MS Office (Word, Excel) - essential
- Proactive mindset with strong initiative and excellent customer service orientation
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
