Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 7-10 years of expertise in Agile methodologies and project oversight. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in R&D and a proven track record of working effectively with external teams. This role focuses on ensuring that projects and sprints are delivered as promised, maintaining accountability, quality, and continuous improvement throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

●     Project Leadership: Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.

●     External Collaboration: Work closely with external teams to set expectations, define timelines, and monitor progress.

●     Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges proactively and develop mitigation strategies.

●     Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to stakeholders, addressing concerns and ensuring alignment with project goals.

●     Accountability Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables are met, holding external teams accountable for their commitments.

●     Agile Practices: Actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint retrospectives to drive Agile methodologies.

●     Process Improvement: Continuously enhance project management processes and methodologies for greater efficiency and effectiveness.

●     Performance Tracking: Monitor project metrics and report on performance, using insights to drive improvements.

Qualifications:

●     Experience: 7-10 years in project management with a strong focus on Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.

●     Industry Expertise: Experience in the FinTech industry is highly desirable.

●     R&D Background: Solid experience in research and development environments.

●     Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to work effectively with external teams and multidisciplinary stakeholders.

●     Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

●     Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

●     Technical Proficiency: Proficient in project management software tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).

●     Certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification is a plus.

●     Analytical Skills: Experience in tracking project metrics and performance reporting.
