Wine Store Manager

At this stage, we are embarking on an ambitious business expansion through the growth of our e-commerce operations and the opening of new stores across Israel.

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Wine Store Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our new Tel Aviv branch while overseeing all aspects of store operations such as:

• Organizing the wine store’s operations in alignment with corporate standards for customer service quality.
• Managing and controlling key sales indicators and ensuring sales targets are met.
• Providing excellent customer service through direct interaction with customers.
• Overseeing general store operations, including handling cash transactions, maintaining sanitary standards, and ensuring safety procedures are followed.
• Supporting the store's e-commerce operations.
• Managing orders and inventory to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Collaborating with suppliers to ensure timely product delivery and essential services.
• Actively participating in advertising campaigns and customer events, ensuring all necessary materials are available.
• Engaging with businesses and large clients for wholesale transactions.
• Participating in recruitment, onboarding, training, development, motivation, and performance evaluation of store personnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a store manager.
• Deep understanding of effective sales techniques. 
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills.
• In-depth knowledge of wine varieties and regions.
• Knowledge of Office (Word, Excel).
• Results-oriented, highly responsible, and disciplined.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Languages: Hebrew and English are mandatory; Russian is an advantage.
