We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy and hands-on development. In this pivotal role, you will shape our technical vision, manage our R&D function, and play a key role in developing our core product.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of the company's core technology, including backend infrastructure, databases, and APIs.

Own the technical architecture, ensuring system scalability and reliability.

Establish security frameworks to protect user data.

Drive cloud initiatives, integrating services like AWS and GCP.

Collaborate with frontend, product, and business teams for seamless integration.

Build and lead the R&D team, fostering innovation and growth.

Requirements:

Extensive experience with Python, JavaScript, Docker, and databases (Postgres, Redis).

Strong background in Linux-based systems.

Experience with blockchain technologies.

Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.

Proven leadership in scaling tech teams and managing complex projects.

Frontend development skills are a plus.
