Senior Software Engineer Team Lead

A global high-tech company in the E-commerce sector develops a solution enabling global retailers to provide a localized shopping experience based on the user's location. The platform adapts local payment and processing options in each country and adjusts site navigation, search, final pricing (with currency conversion, customs, and taxes), and helps companies enable shipping and return options, facilitating business expansion into international markets.

The company is located in central Israel and operates with a hybrid model, with two work-from-home days per week. They have 800 employees.

Role description:

• Managing a team of 6-8 global developers. There is no requirement for hands-on coding, but the role involves architecture, code review, and technical mentoring.
• Reporting to a Director, the position requires oversight of a 24/7 real-time production system operating at high scale.
• The development is primarily focused on the backend, using technologies such as .NET, .NET Core, Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS, GraphQL, MongoDB.
• The team is currently rewriting the system into Microservices and integrating new technologies.

Requirements-

• 2 years of experience as a Development Team Lead
• Development experience with C# from the most recent position
• Experience with .NET Core development
• Experience working with Microservices architecture
• Background in WEB and SaaS companies
