DDR HW System Validation Engineer

Description

We are looking for a brilliant DDR HW validation engineer that can quickly join a most promising and exciting start up company in Tel Aviv to take a part and contribute to the development of a challenging and complex IC at very advanced process node.

Location: Givatayim

Responsibility:

• Create, define, and develop test plan for DDR interface, using DDR5 on Xsight Labs chips.

• Test setup and execution of chip electrical validation tests according to JEDEC spec (JESD79-5B)

Required Experience:

• Experience with DDR tests, specifically with Synopsys DDR5.

• Good understanding of DDR electrical tests and JEDEC spec requirements.

• Proven track record with post-silicon validation activity for DDR, include DDR certification process.

• Familiarity with writing automation scrips in Python

• Familiarity with working with lab test equipment - i.e. Real time scope for DDR tests.

• Good understanding of SW & HW integration

• Strong debug skills
