We are seeking a dynamic and content oriented Digital Project Manager to lead as part of various projects, our online campaigns and social media management efforts. As part of the dynamic nature of the agency, the projects may vary in time from website development to social media campaigns, to exhibitions related activities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create, execute, and optimize digital campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness.

The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills, such as creating timelines, budgets and evaluate risks, as well as excellent communication abilities, with the teams, and with the stakeholders.

This is a client facing job, which requires the highest level of English at Mother Tongue Level. It might also require working or potentially traveling on the weekends for international congresses.

Key Responsibilities

·        Plan, execute, and monitor online marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media).

·        Set clear objectives and KPIs for each campaign and track performance against these metrics.

·        Implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.

·        Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.

·        Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement, and respond accordingly.

·        Collaborate with designers, content creators, development teams, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.

·        Analyze campaign performance data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.

·        Use insights to inform future campaigns and social media strategies.

·        Maintain project timelines, budgets, and documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.

·        Facilitate team meetings and provide regular updates to management on project status.

·        Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure that project objectives are aligned with their expectations including scoping, creating projects briefs, and present solutions to clients.

·        Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to clients and stakeholders.

·        Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and develop contingency plans to mitigate any potential risks or problems.  

·        Identifying solutions or action plan to client needs.

Qualifications

• English (Spoken/Writing) at Mother Tongue Level
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience

·        4+ years of experience in digital project management, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment

·        Strong understanding of social media platforms, best practices and insights.

·        Strong project management skills, including project planning, budget management, risk management, and quality control.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
