DevOps Engineer

A Security startup has developed a platform for autonomous remediation of security vulnerabilities in cloud-based organizations. Their solution provides an overview of an organization's computer and application deployments, allowing the system to identify, prioritize, and offer solutions for fixing vulnerabilities.

This is a unique platform in the market with no competitors, offering the only end-to-end solution.

The company is located in Tel Aviv, near a train station, and operates a hybrid model with three days of remote work. They have 80 global employees, with 35 in Israel. Founded in 2016 by three experts in the field, the company has two sites—one in Israel and one in Texas—and has raised $56 million.

Responsibilities:

• Enhance DevOps tools, processes, and procedures continuously.
• Build, maintain, and scale infrastructure for Production and Development environments.
• Deploy, manage, and support our environments, including troubleshooting incidents.
• Collaborate closely with Development and QA teams to ensure comprehensive end-to-end quality.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in DevOps roles.
• Proficiency in programming and scripting languages, including Python and Bash.
• Experience working with one or more on-premises or cloud-based Kubernetes distributions.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure platforms like AWS.
• Expertise in using version control systems such as GitHub and implementing GitOps workflows.
• Experience in database management, including Redis, MySQL, and MongoDB Atlas.
• Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools like Prometheus and Datadog.
• Knowledgeable about security practices, compliance standards, and QA procedures.
• Passionate about technology, committed to continuous learning, and dedicated to optimizing solutions.
• BSc in Computer Science (or if you know how to do the above).
