Office & operations Manager - part time position
We are Simploud. A fast growing Startup located in Tel Aviv.
We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in a part-time role in our TLV office, located near the trail station.
It’s a morning hours position, 8:00-13:00 (flexible), with the ability and willingness to be available for remote support in the after- work hours.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee office operations, including managing suppliers and office purchases.
• Coordinate with our accountant to handle payment schedules and track received funds.
• Support the CEO directly with administrative tasks such as booking flights, hotels, and Organizing conferences.
• Ensure smooth communication and coordination between internal and external stakeholders.
• Support employees with operations tasks.
• Possibility of expanding the role as necessary in the future if mutually agreed .
Requirements:
• Former Experience in a similar role from a global start-up.
• Fluent English (both written and spoken) is a must.
• Experience managing office supplies and working with vendors.
• Basic financial understanding for working with accountants and tracking payments.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
