Software Architect / CTO

An experienced software developer with a potential to step up to a CTO/Co-Founder position of an innovative AdTech startup

ROMI, a cutting-edge startup, is seeking an experienced software developer to join our team as we revolutionize ROI measurement for small businesses in the retail non-ecommerce industry (brick & mortar).

• Implement minor modifications to our software to prepare for a soft launch in the Israeli market
• We estimated about 30-40 hours of work

Transition to CTO co-founder role, overseeing technological aspects of the company's growth.

• Manage technological aspects of the startup
• Lead software development and innovation
• Guide strategic technical decisions
• Participate in fundraising efforts

• Proven experience managing tech in startups
• Strong software development background
• Excellent managerial skills
• Fundraising experience (preferred)

• Initial project: Fully paid
• CTO role: Equity-based until funded (we are in a pre-seed stage)

ROMI is a startup company developing a unique platform that enables small non-ecommerce retailers, in an affordable way, to accurately measure ROI of their advertising expenditures and the actual return on each of their advertising digital channels. By using our product (SAAS), small businesses can comprehend if their expenses have any impact on their revenues and then receiving accurate recommendation to use their advertising resources more efficiently and consequently increase their sales.

Our plan for the near future

1.     Finish improving the software for a soft launch in the Israeli market

2.     Then testing the concept and commercialize it in the Israeli market by running a marketing campaign to recruit first users.

3.     Positive results will facilitate approaching investors and raise funds for launching the product in the American and west-European markets.
