Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Cloud Support Team Lead at WideOps. The Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of cloud support specialists 24/7, providing technical and customer support, analyzing cloud technologies, communicating with stakeholders, and troubleshooting issues.
