Sales Engineer Manager

Job Description:

A leading company in the south, specializing in packaging and assemblies, is seeking a Marketing and Sales Manager. This position is part of the management team and reports directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities:

- Opening new markets

- Establishing contact with potential clients to schedule meetings and collaborations

- Monitoring tenders and developing proposals

- Increasing business volume with existing clients

- Managing and retaining existing clients

- Drafting documents and contracts

- Direct management of the sales team, pricing, and customer service

- Managing schedules and deliveries in coordination with operations

- Overseeing customer payments in conjunction with finance

- Conducting satisfaction surveys and addressing customer complaints in collaboration with quality assurance

- Collaborating with the engineering department

Requirements and Experience:

- Engineering technician or engineer in Mechanical Engineering, or a degree in Marketing - mandatory

- Experience in marketing and sales within the metal industry, particularly in assemblies and turnkey projects - an advantage

- Experience in marketing and sales for defense and civilian industries, including preparing tenders for the defense market - an advantage

- Proven experience of at least 7 years in large-scale marketing and sales, or project management and deliveries to clients

- Knowledge in reading drawings, pricing, metal processing, and manufacturing processes - an advantage

- Familiarity with computer software such as PRIORITY and OFFICE

- Strong negotiation skills, systemic thinking, and the ability to lead cross-organizational business projects

- Ability to work independently with various client levels, excellent communication skills, and a professional appearance

- Capability to work under high pressure
