Controller

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and analytical Controller (CPA) with experience in international finance within the high-tech sector. The role involves managing the company's financial operations, preparing financial reports, cash flow planning, and strategic financial thinking. The ideal candidate will report directly to the CEO and lead a small team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the financial functions of the company, ensuring compliance with international standards.
• Prepare and consolidate financial statements for multiple countries.
• Conduct cash flow forecasting and financial analysis.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the management team.
• Oversee a small finance team, including an internal accountant and payroll/supplier staff.

Qualifications:

• CPA certification (graduate of a Big4 firm).
• 3-5 (Max) years of finance experience in an international high-tech company.
• Strong understanding of international taxation and compliance.
• Proven experience in preparing and consolidating financial reports across multiple jurisdictions.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership abilities and experience managing a team.
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
