We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer. To provide professional support to the maintenance department and all other departments, develop and update maintenance plans according to the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) methodology.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional support to the maintenance department and all other departments.
• Develop and update maintenance plans according to the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) methodology.
• Promote, manage, and implement maintenance projects.
• Implement and support departments in operational excellence processes.
• Manage and implement maintenance projects (new machines, new products, new raw materials, etc.).
• Work according to the plant’s quality, safety, and environmental rules.
• Familiarize with the machines and various processes in the plant and provide professional support to the maintenance teams (training, guidance, etc.).
• Develop and update maintenance plans for all machines.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering - mandatory
• At least three years of experience as a maintenance engineer - mandatory
• Experience in the food or process industry - advantage
• Knowledge in mechanical equipment maintenance and project management
• High-level English
• Knowledge in instrumentation and control
• Negotiation skills
