Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and adaptable Project Manager to lead and oversee software projects across multiple technologies. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be comfortable with multitasking, and manage both in-house and customer-facing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, create detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional development teams (RT embedded, mobile, desktop, web, cloud) to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Customer Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, manage relationships, gather requirements, and provide regular project updates.
• Technical Understanding: Quickly grasp different types of technologies and communicate effectively using the right technical jargon to bridge communication between teams and customers.
• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify potential issues and implement risk mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Multitasking & Flexibility: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, alternating between working at the office and attending customer meetings.
• Resource Allocation: Ensure that resources are efficiently allocated and projects stay within scope and budget.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally in a software or tech-focused environment.
• Familiarity with a wide range of technologies, including RT embedded systems, desktop, mobile, web, and cloud development.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical and non-technical information effectively.
• Customer-Focused: Ability to understand customer needs and maintain strong client relationships.
• Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to Travel: Flexibility to work in the office and visit clients as needed.

Preferred:

• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
