Your Role as Technical Projects Manager

The CYBERGYM Professional Services Team is a technical team of IT Security experts, System and Network Security professionals, Cybersecurity trainers, engaging with our global customers to provide innovative cybersecurity management solutions.  

You will lead and manage IT security delivery projects, for both cloud based and on-premise real-life cybersecurity training arenas.

We are searching for a Project Manager with hands-on experience in the field of system and cloud administration for complex operating systems, as well as a professional with previous experience in similar roles at integration companies and/or enterprise organizations.

·        Lead the planning and implementation of technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time.

·        Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution. Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.

·        Perform risk management to minimize project risks and manage changes to project scope and schedule

·        Ongoing meetings with CyberGym customers

·        Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.

The role will include some travel.

Location

·        The position offered is at CybergymIEC HQ, located at the Northern Hi-Tech Park, Caesarea, Israel.

Skills and experience:

·        Over 2 years of experience in similar SW and HW delivery roles for global customers.

·        2 years of experience in technical project management or related roles.

·        Previous experience with Windows system administration.

· Technical background with knowledge of project management methodologies.

·        Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

·        Previous experience with Azure cloud environment- Advanced

·        Knowledge with network infrastructure, architecture, and services.

·        Experienced in support, maintenance, and troubleshooting servers and network environments. - Advanced

·        Full proficiency in English.

·        Excellent communication and leadership skills.

·        Previous experience with security systems (network IPS, endpoint security, FW, and SIEM systems- advanced). Advanced
