We are Hiring a Planning Engineer for a challenging and significant role!

This is an amazing opportunity to take on a key position within the organization, involving interaction with a wide range of interfaces, driving processes, and leading work plans to achieve the company’s business goals.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Production Planning: Manage and coordinate production planning using the ERP system as the main tool.
• Report Management: Generate complex periodic reports using ERP systems and Excel.
• Interface Coordination: Maintain ongoing communication with various departments within the organization, including Production, QA, Logistics, Sales, Marketing, Packaging, and more.
• Department Coordination: Manage coordination between all departments supporting production to ensure implementation of production plans and adherence to schedules.
• Packaging Process Planning: Oversee the packaging process and quality checks, addressing marketing and shipping needs.
• Inventory Management: Manage raw materials and resources while maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
• Quality Management: Oversee quality programs and continuous improvement of processes.
• Project Management: Lead projects and process improvements while driving interfaces.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management - mandatory
• High proficiency in Excel, including experience with advanced functions like PIVOT and VLOOKUP
• At least one year of experience in a similar role in the supply chain within a manufacturing industry
• High level of English

Employment Scope: Full-time, one-year contract position at our Beit Kama facility, with the possibility of a permanent role.
