React Developer

A startup in the cybersecurity and intelligence sector, developing a security product for mobile tracking, enabling phone tracking without the need for specific software installation. The company's engine features a patented algorithm responsible for data fusion.

Located in the Sharon area, the company offers a hybrid work model and has a team of 14 employees, all based in Israel.

The company's analysis engine provides the ability to monitor mobile subscribers using cellular location data and communication metadata. Additionally, they have developed a system allowing government authorities to monitor social distancing during the COVID-19 crisis.

The company is actively collaborating with security organizations both in Israel and internationally, contributing significantly to defense efforts.

Tech Stack: React, TypeScript

Requirements-

• 5 years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on React.
• Proven leadership skills/managing a front-end team of over 5 developers
• Expertise in TypeScript and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Proficiency in state management tools (Redux, Context API, etc.).
• Deep understanding of responsive design, UI/UX principles, and accessibility standards.
• Experience in managing teams, mentoring junior developers, and conducting code reviews.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Enzyme, React Testing Library).
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think critically.
• Experience with modern build tools and CI/CD pipelines (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
