As a member of our Research and Development team, you will be pivotal in advancing detection, classification, and tracking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate seamlessly with our R&D experts to develop and implement end-to-end deep learning algorithms.
• Stay abreast of the latest field advancements through comprehensive literature surveys.
• Define meticulous strategies for data collection and labeling, ensuring high-quality datasets for training and assessment.
• Train, evaluate, and analyze deep learning models to enhance their performance and identify avenues for refinement.
• Engage closely with defense industry clients to tailor solutions to their unique needs and specifications.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics. Advanced degrees are highly valued.
• A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in developing deep learning models is essential.
• Proficiency in Python programming is required.
• A solid grasp of signal processing principles is important.
• Thorough understanding of deep learning algorithms and architectures.
• Vas knowledge in Computer Vision, tracking, and fusion.
• Exceptional analytical skills with an unwavering eye for detail.
• A systematic and logical problem-solving approach.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, coupled with a strong aptitude for teamwork.
• Holding a security clearance is a significant plus.
