Develops and implements a comprehensive cyber architecture strategy aligned with business goals and objectives, in conjunction with practical considerations and implementation constrainsOversees, analyses and promotes design of IT, cloud, and other developments architectures, from cyber security and defense prospectivesStay updated with the latest security technologies, threats, and industry best practicesFoster a collaborative and innovative team environment to reach the best practical solution for cyber security challenges

Managerial capabilities: (not in any preferred order)

Ability to design, track and prioritize a short term and long-term work plan, objectives, and budgetBeing able to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks, under routine and pressure seasonsIdentify and optimize human capital power and capabilities; Develops team power by a continues mentoring and train

Required experience

Above 8 years on experience in the field of cyber security. Advantage shall be considered for candidates with an extra experience in fields of hardware securityAbove 5 years of experience in leading of medium size groups (>10 members)Above 5 years of experience in working in large scale companies, or global corporates. Advantage shall be considered for candidates with an extra experience in working in governmental bodiesProven experience in designing and implementing IT, cloud, and other development architectures, from cyber security and defense prospectivesExperience of 5 years (at min.) in at least two out of the following four areasSecurity assessments and vulnerability managementApplication Security and SDLCsecurity software, OS security, NW security, cloud securityHW securityProfessional (CISSP) Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) or equivalent – MustProficient professional Hebrew and English (read, write, expression), and very good English (general spoken, rean and write)
