Job Description:

As the Art Director, you will lead the product design vision, develop the visual aesthetics, and ensure that the user interface and experiences associated with the product effectively convey the company’s messages. You will work closely with UX/UI teams, marketing, development, and product managers, and be responsible for creating innovative and high-quality visual experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the visual design process of the product, including developing guidelines, icons, and graphic elements.
• Create and guide the design process, including concepts, prototypes, and models.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to create unique and intuitive user experiences.
• Develop and maintain the design system, including principles, templates, and examples.
• Oversee design quality and ensure adherence to the highest standards at every stage of the development process.
• Mentor design teams and work with other professionals to promote innovative ideas.
• Conduct design reviews, provide feedback, and guide the design team in implementing solutions to problems.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, interactive design, or a similar role, with an emphasis on product design.
• Previous experience in an Art Director role or a managerial position in design.
• Deep understanding of UX/UI principles and user experience.
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Sketch.
• Impressive portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
• Ability to mentor teams and create a collaborative environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly.
• Experience in the E-commerce, Fintech, or another technology-related field - Advantage
• Understanding of accessibility principles and design for all screen types - Advantage
