We are looking for a highly motivated Bookkeeper and Payroll Accountant to contribute to our Finance team, reporting directly to the CFO. In this role, you will be a sole bookkeeper and payroll accountant of our fast-growing hi-tech company. An amazing opportunity to be responsible for all financial aspects from A to Z, be independent and proactive and work closely with management, employees, and customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing bookkeeping aspects of the company (Israel, Netherlands & Romania)
• Perform activities related to accounts payable and accounts receivables, including reviewing and processing payments to suppliers and credit card reconciliation.
• Responsible for several bank accounts including reconciliation and controls.
• Record daily financial transactions including closing entries.
• Conduct monthly account reconciliation as well as intercompany transactions.
• Responsible for TAX and Authorities reports.
• End-to-end ownership over the monthly payroll process
• Apply cash receipts and investigate unidentified payments and balances.
• Prepare forecast cash-flow.
• Working with external company who will assist with the bookkeeping.
• Working with external auditors involvement in quarterly reviews and annual audits

The job requires accuracy, responsibility, dedication, and the ability to work independently.

Scope – full-time.

Location – the company holds offices in Yokneam & Raanana and we are flexible regarding the place of work: a hybrid model is also available (work partially from home).

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 10 – 15 years of experience in bookkeeping
• Experience in hi-tech companies – an advantage
• Certified bookkeeper (Level 3) – a must
• Certified payroll accountant – an advantage
• Excellent communication skills and analytical capabilities
• Experience working with Priority – a must
• Excellent excel skills – a must
• High level English is required
