With Sett, we enable creativity without limits, helping your game break through the noise and beat out the competition.  As we expand our AI capabilities, we are looking for a versatile and innovative Lead AI Researcher to drive our AI research and development from concept to production.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and development of AI models and technologies, moving from initial proof of concept (POC) to production-level solutions while focusing on solving real business problems. Utilize existing research or innovate by building AI solutions in-house when necessary.
• Lead the creation of a scientific roadmap aligned with the company’s technological and product vision to address major challenges through AI infrastructure.
• Work closely with the ML engineering team to translate research into scalable, production-ready code and ensure fast iteration cycles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams on various initiatives.
• Adopt new technologies across different modalities required to solve problems.
• Continuously assess and refine models and solutions based on performance, adapting and evolving approaches to maximize impact.

Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in AI research, with a proven track record of taking solutions from research to production.
• Experience working on projects involving multi-modal models.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies to address diverse challenges.
• Ability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating with engineering teams.
