We operate across more than 6 US markets, seamlessly integrating property acquisition, fix and flip projects, marketing, and finance. Our operations are managed from Israel, with dedicated local support teams in the US.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate investors.
• Manage a pipeline of leads, both inbound and outbound, to maximize sales opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with investors and buyers to close deals effectively.
• Present property listings and investment opportunities to potential buyers.
• Monitor market trends to ensure competitive pricing and accurate valuations.
• Coordinate property showings and facilitate smooth transactions between all parties.
• Track and report sales activity and performance metrics to management.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1-2 Years of experience in sales or investor relations.
• Fluent in English (native level) – essential.
• Experience using CRM systems – an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Real Estate Investments – an advantage.

Working Hours:

• Monday-Friday, hybrid model.
• Work from home on Tuesday and Friday.
• Hours: 17:00-02:00 (adjusted to US market hours).
