Information Technology Risk Manager

We are looking for an IT Risk Manager for a large financial organization

Role Description

Analyzing risks related to technological systems, processes, and products that support the business activities, as well as reviewing and challenging analyses prepared by the first line of defense.

Assessing the effectiveness of controls to mitigate technological risks.

Supporting significant technological projects.

Analyzing substantial loss events and participating in lessons learned from technological failures.

Reviewing risk assessments in technological processes and risk assessments of systems in relation to related business processes.

Monitoring regulatory directives in the technology field and assessing compliance with instructions from the second line of defense.

Preparing reports for steering committees, management, and the board of directors.

Qualifications

B.Sc. in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering.

Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Information Systems, technological, or engineering fields - an advantage.

Direct and/or matrix managerial experience, including proven project management skills - a Must

Relevant experience in technological areas such as hardware, software, cloud infrastructure, and digital - a Must

Previous experience in IT risk management / IT auditing - a significant advantage

Relevant certifications such as CRISC, CISA, CISO - an advantage

Knowledge and experience working with databases and data interrogation - an advantage

Analytical thinking, thoroughness, attention to detail, and responsibility

High ability to learn and work independently, decision-making skills, and a systemic view

High verbal and written expression skills in Hebrew and English.
