Senior Full-Stack Team Lead

Simplex 3D is transforming how professionals and decision makers interact with geospatial data, enabling real-estate and urban planning experts to build their own 3D worlds with confidence. We develop a SaaS Platform that integrates complex data into intuitive visualization tools, empowering better decision-making.

Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Team Lead to lead the ongoing development of our 3D Web GIS platform. This role involves steering technical direction, managing development teams, and ensuring high-performance, scalable architecture.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of our 3D Web GIS platform.
• Design and implement scalable architectures and performance optimizations.
• Convert product specifications into technical implementations.
• Foster technical excellence and mentor team members.
• Ensure code quality, organization, and automation.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Expertise in React and Node.js ecosystems.
• Experience with SQL (Postgres) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS).
• Understanding of software design patterns and architecture principles.
• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent.

Advantages:
