System Engineer

We are looking for a System Engineer that will be responsible for system engineering and R&D project management.

Role responsibilities:

• Work in a highly multidisciplinary and complex technical environment and Lead development of cross-functional projects (mechanical, software and electro-optical).
• Develop and maintain technical project interfacing with all R&D functions and program management (Work and represent the R&D externally with: Product, Programs, OPS, QA/RA etc.)
• Come up with new solution ideas while promoting them to execution in the field
• Develop according to development processes accompanied by relevant standards – Safety, risks, usability etc.
• Attend labs for both R&D hands-on or surgeon observation for future development purposes
• Define and document system and SW requirements.
• Plan and execute system feasibility studies, integration and testing.
• Document all system design activities according to quality requirements.

Role Requirements:

• Education: Electrical engineering / Mechanical engineering / System engineering / Physics / Bio-Medical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years as system engineer on a multidisciplinary project – a must.
• Proven experience with multidisciplinary system includes electro-optical components, software, algo, mechanical, electronical – a must.
• Strong technical foundation in engineering development principals and solution finding with a systematic approach to problem solving and R&D processes.
• Working experience in medical device development – an advantage.
• Matlab/Python experience – an advantage.
• Languages: high level English, read-write-speak.
• Self-driven, Can-Do attitude (a kick-starter), Team Player, Proactive, self-motivated, Independent, Self-learning.
