Junior Media Buyer

Three Spring Group is home to four leading digital marketing brands and a range of proprietary technology solutions. We’re looking for a motivated team player to join our media team and help drive successful mobile advertising campaigns.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to dive into the world of media buying.

Responsibilities:

• Managing campaigns to acquire users for today's top mobile apps.
• Identify target audiences and plan media campaigns.
• Analyze campaigns against KPIs and optimize to improve performance and deliver scalable results.
• Experiment with new strategies, learning from success and failures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners and vendors to ensure competitive pricing, exclusive placements, and ongoing performance improvements.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify the best media channels, platforms, and partners for campaign execution.
• Monitor costs and return on investment (ROI) to ensure profitable campaign execution.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging media channels, and best practices to drive innovation.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong analytical mind with high proficiency in Excel with ability to handle & interpret data- Must.
• Hands on experience in managing Facebook or Google campaigns, or completion of relevant digital marketing courses - Must.
• PPC / Social campaign management - an advantage!
• Eager to learn and succeed, with a strong desire for professional growth.
• Can-do attitude and creative problem solving abilities.
• Strong attention to details and time management , especially in dynamic situations.
• Self motivated with a focus on accuracy and results.
• Good psychological understanding with the ability to analyze consumer behavior and market trends.
• Excellent written & spoken communication skills in both English & Hebrew.
