floLIVE is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Corporate Controller to join our finance team in Israel and lead the financial reporting. If you are a team player, independent, highly committed with strong interpersonal skills, submit your application!

we are looking for a controller with the following skills:

• Manage all monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidated statements.
• Preparing and monitoring financial reporting.
• Managing subsidiaries' finance teams (bookkeepers, salary processors, tax advisors, and assistant controller).
• Support the finance department with ad-hoc tasks.
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
• Preparing annual audits for the parent company and its subsidiaries.
• Preparing statutory tax reports, overseas tax, and subsidiary tax fillings.
• Interface with outside audit firms.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in a global start-up company -MUST
• CPA experience from a large accounting firm (Big 4) - MUST
• Previous experience with NetSuite - MUST (ad advantage if you've implemented it before)
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills - MUST
• Excellent accounting software user - Priority experience – Advantage
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Experience with creating financial statements
• Experience in US-GAAP
• Fluent verbal and written English skills
• Highly accountable person
• Ability to prioritize and complete varied tasks within tight deadlines
• Experience in various financial system implementation
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
