LTS operates today from 5 sites: Netanya, Israel, Adrenarche, Germany, West Caldwell, NJ, USA, St. Paul, MN, USA, and Shanghai, China.

We are looking for an excellent Project Manager to join our team in Israel.

The position is hybrid - 4 days a week from the office, and 1 day from home.

Job Description:

• Lead a cross functional project team including R&D, QA, RA, Operations, and other core team members driving to successful and optimal delivery of project objectives
• Lead the project through all stages of the project design and development lifecycle from initiation through launch
• Coordinate and drive execution of highly skilled and professional matrixed, multidisciplinary teams
• Skilled at interfacing with customers and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Responsible for management of the project deliverables throughout the project lifecycle including writing product requirements and ensuring traceability from design inputs through design outputs
• Create project plans; analyze and document project objectives, deliverables, schedules, assumptions, constraints, and dependencies
• Identify potential project risks and develop action plans and mitigations
• Interface with Global costumers

Direct Manager: Director Of System

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Bio-Medical Engineering, Industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other related engineering discipline

• Job skills:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing development projects with prior experience working as an engineer in R&D
• Knowledge of project management practices
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage projects and meet deadlines
• Experience interfacing with customers and senior leadership
• Strong skills in communicating with all levels of technical and operational team members
• Familiar with medical device development regulations and methodologies- Advantage
• Strong presentations skills

• Computer skills: Full control of all MS-Office applications including Microsoft project
• Language skills: Fluent English - Mother tongue level
• Personality:
• Highly motivated and able to work in fast paced environment
• Willing to work on site with Flexible hours
