Experienced systems analyst and CRM Dynamics implementer

Job description:

Implementation and analysis of the system, which includes writing characterization documents, building complex work processes, customizations, configurations, user management, and testing development tasks

Mandatory requirements:

Relevant academic degree

At least 4 years of experience in information systems analysis and application

Experience in CRM Dynamics version 365 on-premise

Experience in defining user requirements and needs, including characterizing work processes

Experience working on large and complex projects with development teams

Experience in supporting and gathering business requirements from clients

Experience with an ERP system is an advantage
