As we expand, we're​ ​looking for​ ​a​ ​rockstar VP HR to join our great team!

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 3 employees.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives, offering coaching and guidance to leadership as a trusted advisor.
• Foster a strong, inclusive, and creative workplace culture that aligns with the company’s values and mission by launching initiatives aimed at enhancing satisfaction and improving retention.
• Utilize metrics and data to inform HR strategies and decision-making, ensuring HR initiatives are data-driven and effective.
• Lead recruitment efforts, and strengthen the employer brand to attract top talent, while implementing onboarding programs that ensure employee engagement from the start.
• Establish performance management systems, and design training programs that promote continuous learning and support career growth.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in building HR practices with a strong background in recruiting.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Background in hyper-growth companies: Successful experience in fast-paced environments, thriving under rapid change.
• Strategic thinker with data-driven decision-making skills: Ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies supported by metrics and data.
