System Analyst

Recommerce is hiring a Systems Analyst for a challenging and exciting position at a leading bank!

Job Description:

• Writing specifications for the digital development team in Web and Mobile environments.
• Collaborating with business users to finalize requirements.
• Leading development teams from the specification stage through testing and production release.

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in systems analysis.
• Experience with digital systems for Web and Mobile – mandatory.
• Writing detailed functional and technical specifications, including integration documents between systems, understanding customer journeys, and UX/UI processes – mandatory.
• Strong process understanding, including the ability to break down project scope into WBS, extract MVP, and divide the scope into high-business-value phases – mandatory.
• Experience working in Agile methodology and B2B environments, and with development teams – strong advantage.
• Familiarity with databases and the ability to write simple queries (Oracle or SQL Server) – advantage.
