Role Overview

As a Solutions Engineer at Complyt, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing ERP/API integrations, while also playing a crucial role in the technical onboarding of our clients. This is a business-oriented position, combining your technical expertise with a deep understanding of client needs to deliver high-impact, tailored solutions.

Additionally, you will be responsible for developing internal tools and creating automation solutions to optimize processes and increase efficiency across the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Integration Development: Design, develop, and implement ERP integrations using APIs, ensuring smooth communication between our in-house software and ERPs and accounting softwares
• Technical Onboarding: Participate in the technical onboarding of new clients, ensuring their smooth integration with our systems and a seamless experience from the start.
• Client Engagement: Collaborate directly with clients to understand their needs, gather technical requirements, and deliver customized solutions.
• Internal Tooling: Build and maintain internal tools that optimize operational workflows and improve overall efficiency.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with teams across R&D, Customer Success, Sales, and more to ensure the successful delivery of solutions.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to integrations and internal tools.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in a technical, customer-facing role (e.g., technical support, system administration, solution analyst, or data engineer) - Must
• A degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field - Must
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines while delivering quality results.
• Fluent English - Must
• Proficiency in scripting with Python or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience configuring and administering ERP systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, or
• QuickBooks – Big Advantage.
• Familiarity with MongoDB - Advantage.
