Product Marketing Manager

The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing Oobit’s rewards and loyalty program, overseeing CRM strategies, and collaborating on product-related tasks. The goal is to ensure that marketing efforts and product features drive user engagement and contribute to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Oobit’s rewards and loyalty program, focusing on offers and user engagement strategies.
• Conduct financial analysis to assess and enhance the outcomes of the program.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and growth, and implement strategies to enhance program effectiveness.
• Develop and execute CRM strategies, including creating new campaigns, audience segmentation, and A/B testing.
• Optimize customer communications to boost user engagement and retention.
• Continuously analyze CRM data to refine and improve the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Contribute to product backlog management, ensuring that marketing and user engagement needs are incorporated into product development.
• Work closely with the Product Lead and development team on daily tasks, ensuring seamless integration of marketing insights into product features.
• Assist in cross-functional initiatives that bridge product development and marketing.

• Proven experience in product marketing and CRM management.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Past experience with crypto - Advantage
