Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the development of cutting-edge technology solutions across industries such as robotics, medical devices, wearables, smart agriculture, and IoT. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead innovative projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Design and execute comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets that align with project goals and timelines.

• Ensure effective project scope management and delivery of project deliverables within budget and on time.

• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, including R&D, Operations, and Electronics, to achieve project objectives.

• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders and clients regarding project status, progress, and challenges.

• Identify and proactively manage project risks and maintain high standards of project quality.

To be eligible, you should have:

• A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field

• At least 3 years of proven experience in project management, with a successful track record of delivering projects.

• Comprehensive technical understanding of the mechanical development field

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
