Development Team Lead - .Net JB-3726

Our company develops advanced technological solutions for hotel management and hospitality. Our products are used by thousands of hotels, locally and abroad. We're looking for an experienced Full-Stack Team Lead with strong technical & leadership abilities to join our Cloud team, for a managerial & hands-on position. Responsibilities:

• Lead your team to develop complex features in high quality and timely manner.

• Manage developers and QA personnel and processes.

• Manage development routines utilizing Scrum.

• Lead and participate in the design of complex features.

• Develop high quality solutions for an intensively-used product with a rich UI.

• Aim to achieve iterated, short time-to-market deliveries.

• Work closely with product managers, other team leads, and company stakeholders.

• Be involved with all parts of the system, including APIs, DBs, cloud, and front-end.

• Research new technologies, methods and tools.

• Handle escalated support cases and important product and system failures.

• Invest in your team and in the company to facilitate growth.

Requirements:

• Formal education in Computer Science or equivalent - a must

• At least 1+ years as a Full-Stack Team Lead and 5+ years as a Full-Stack developer - a must

• Experience with: C#, .Net Framework, .Net Core, SQL, React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript - a must

• Excellent control of Scrum & Git - a must

• AWS, MongoDB, CI/CD pipelines - an advantage

• Great communication, teamwork and leadership abilities.

• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
