Responsibilities:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
• Cracking complex job roles and building an excellent candidate pipeline without external agencies
• Building and executing a global annual employee experience program, considering the budget, company needs, and employee constraints
• Building and managing onboarding processes for new employees, while guiding them during the first weeks in their new role
• Establishing personal connections and managing relationships with company employees across all departments
  
  

• At least 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, including actively and precisely sourcing candidates across various platforms
• At least 2 years of experience in managing employee experience in a similar company
• Technical depth abilities and the capacity to discuss technological nuances with managers and candidates
• Previous experience working in or with startups (in-house or outsource)
• Excellent English skills – speaking, reading and writing
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a global and dynamic environment - flexibility, availability and sense of urgency
• Great problem-solving Skills and independence
